What the title says :) Just used the nRF5_SDK_for_Thread_and_Zigbee_v4.1.0_32ce5f8 and the old version as a reference.

Thread samples have been migrated to nRF Connect SDK. See the docs here: https://wiki.makerdiary.com/nrf52840-mdk-usb-dongle/guides/ncs . This PR will be closed. Just open a new PR if anything is still missing from the updates. Thank you for contributing.
