build errors #21

I have tried osx and windows over the past 3 days to build the mynewt blinky app and I can't get rid of these errors.

This is what i get on a mac (mojave)

and this is what I get on windows

error: missing binary operator before token “(”

if MYNEWT_VAL(BOOTUTIL_SIGN_EC)
