Work in progress branch:

Fixed

Basic communication
Absolute & relative position animations and servo control. Recommended half second delay before new instructions on same servo.
Basic face tracking on coral code

To fix

Arduino random animation temporarily disabled to facilitate testing
Pi leg control currently disabled See in PR comments for the location of these changes.
