Fixed purge line in printer profile #10

No more thin, impossible to remove purge line.

Tell me about it. I've ripped one and nothing beats the torture of a PETG spike under the fingernails.

The purge line from the pretty profiles is much better, but I kept forgetting to bring it into the profile that came with the RC3.1 stack .3mf. I spent 20 minutes just getting rid of the purge line from my last print and even then I had to dig up some of the PEI. I finally just put down a layer of blue painters tape which PETG doesn't stick quite as well to (plus you can just remove the tape).
