Prusa 250x210 Plate with 39 Bottom Reinforcements #30

We already have a packing that gets 42 of them on one build-plate ( fab/bottom_reinforcement-full_plate-fast.3mf ), so it might confuse people if we add one with 39..

These are actually generated with a script, so it is easy to adapt to other built-plates. The 3mf file can be read directly by common slicers.

Ah! I was not aware of the one with 42 on one plate. At the time I made this, I was only aware of one with 34.
