Some people are not allowed to register with just base membership #464

If you're unlucky when you open the register page, you will not see the alternative to just register as a "föreningsmedlem". This is due to A/B testing of the page.

Registering for base membership should always be an option.

If you clear the cookies and reload the page, you get either one of the two alternatives, as shown below.

1. When only two options are shown
