I'm also considering moving us away from quickbooks to something online where 3 or 4 board members can have access. Having quickbooks installed at the space still makes sense, but maybe that can be the "offline backup" instead of the primary tool. Michael says it is kind of overkill, with double entry accounting and all that. Maybe unnecessary for our stage of a not for profit.
