After iterations in the template logic there has been a side-effect in rendering the main menu.

This is what's happening for the new Makesites blog

The first item (homepage?) shouldn't be rendered and the Case-studies shouldn't derive from the URL, rather the title of the page...

To better control this behaviour generating menus will require a menu tag from now on.
