Allow models / helpers to be overridden #118

As of v2.0.0 controllers and views are not automatically loaded and getPath gives priority to the local app folder over the base (folder).

This is not the case for models and helpers which are loaded on runtime and do not have any hierarchy... Adjusting the latter may allow a plugin or specific app to override the default class that comes with KISSCMS
