Remove renaming HTML5 boilerplate scaffolding #95

Event after removing styles.css (#67) , there are still leftovers in the public folder(s) that have had little to no use.

With the advent of commons as a plugin ( #66 ) which take the bulk load of setting up the client, these assets are just clutter...

Along with this update we should remove old local version of the jquery lib not in use after the default require config was included
