全サンプルアップデート

Spring Boot 2.0 / Spring 5.0 準拠
フィールドインジェクションをコンストラクタインジェクションに変更
Lombokをやめて普通のPOJOに
Controllerのメソッドにpublicをつける
ThymeleafのXHTMLをHTMLに
Log4JDBCをやめて、データアクセスライブラリ標準のログ出力に

機能追加

Reactor入門
WebFlux対応
MongoDB対応 (Reactive Repository)
Micorometer対応 (Spring Boot Actuator 2.0)
