Make parties expire after x time #28

Will reduce clutter on the list. If the host does not visit the party page for 24 hours or something like that, automatically delete the party.

Nice hearing from you again man:) that could definitely be fun to implement as it stands, we are nearly complete with creating funcitonality for users to delete their parties but this could be a good thing to add in the meantime (while we are waiting for the front ends to implement this feature)
