what is the use of log-conf.xml in cliq files?if i delete it what will 
happen.can you please let me know ASAp?

log-conf.xml is a standard dataloader file - not something created by CLIq.
It tells the dataloader how to write debug information to the log/sdl.log.

This is helpful for debugging problems, but I suppose if you deleted the 
log-conf.xml, it might still run, but may stop logging information to sdl.log.  
I haven't tried it before.
