Okay, I removed https and used only http. Now this error is gone and I get a Invalid Team Id in Settings. So I guess you can close this one and add in the manual to only use http. ;-)

Also the same issue here. Both with http (which is forwarded anyway) and https.
When following the guide to install i get to the point to click "refresh channels" which asks me for user and password. After clicking OK I get this dialog:
