Added optional footer attachments #51

Happy to get the footer stuff in. I'd like to do something smarter with ts, ability to accept a date/time object in, rather than the UNIX timestamp which is a bit ugly. So, if you can reduce the scope of the PR, happy to get this in.

Replaced by #57. I've squashed the commits down; you should hopefully still get contributor credit :+1:
