Command Bus docs #13

Following the merge of mako-framework/framework#138, can we have a new page/section detailing the command bus and how it differs from events. Maybe going into the basics of DDD/CQRS as well.

I have started to write the documentation so I'll probably send a pull request in a few days :smile:
