Create a new resolver for ENS to support social profiles #159

Blockparty currently requires twitter profiles so we have an idea of who is coming to the event. We could use a resolver that supports social profiles which we could reverse record the actual ENS name and from their metamask/wallet address then from that name resolve the social profiles so we wouldn't need to ask for their twitter if their reverse record points to a name that has a social profile attached to it.

Idea can be improved by building a 1-click UI to create a reverse record and add a resolver that extends the default resolver but also adds records for social media (could use text records, but possibly better to have a different record type to know what kind of social media profile it is)
