Create a script to register with 100 people #56

Currently, Blockparty has never been used to register more than 10 people.

Write a script to

Generate 100 addresses
Send some ether to each address
100 users to register
Mark 90 of them as attend
Mark payback
Withdraw

It would be nice if we can detect how many maximum users we can register before getting out of gas error.
