Summary

This change allows participants to mark as attended by themselves with confirmation code

Why

This is the essential feature to try out blockparty at the next London Ethereum meetup. More detail is at https://gist.github.com/makoto/8056a2be677881b70925d258df6d1f1e

Notes

We already had a similar feature called Invitation where people can only register with the invitation code. I used the same logic for this feature.

Added features

Make migration configurable (enable invitation/confirmation)
Add attendWithConfirmation function
Add confirmation repository
Change deploy gasPrice to 2 gwei
Add simulation.js
Rename invitation.js script to repository.js
