Spear Quicken for 1-Handed Spear

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. equiped a 1handed spear
2. use spear quicken
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
spear quicken should be able to use with 1handed spears

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

please help me on how to enable spear quicken using 1 handed spear thanks.

Spear quicken has been changed since renewal so it can be used with 1hand 
spears:

Spear Quicken
-Spear Quicken now increases attack speed by a fixed amount.
-Each level increases your CRIT and FLEE stats.
-Can now be used with a One Handed Spear.

but 3CeAM is not a renewal project...........

so the spear quicken still using the old mechanic........

you have to change it yourself if you want to make it works like renewal 
mechanism......
