Archers can't do normal attacks and skills #44

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When attacking or using a skill
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should be able to attack or use a skill. What I see instead is the message 
"please equip arrows first" wherein I have 10k pieces equipped.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
rev 650. using centOS.

Please provide any additional information below.

Ooops! I got it working. It was the costume system I implemented. Sorry.
