I tried for a level 8 Bard. I got: 4 level 1 spells 3 level 2 spells 2 level 4 spells.

Quoi?

Plus: Cantrips?

I'm not generating cantrips, as utility tends to be low for the "rapid" piece.

But, definitely needs improvement for the spell slots - I think it's supposed to be:

But it's skipping the duplicate.
