App language setting #481

Please add ability to change app language. Russian translation is very bad and I've lost my evening progress because of bad translation :(

There is PR #464 fixes this issue.

@NEK-RA Rather than being able to change the language, I think app needs to have a correct translation for each locale. So far there's been only feedback for RU (from several people) on it being incorrect or not appropriate to translate at all.

I have to admit as a RU speaker myself but using EN everyday I'm not sure what the accepted convention is among RU speakers - should just EN text be used ? or is it just the RU translation is not currently good enough? @mapcuk Happy to also here from you or anyone else who can shed some light on this. thanks!

I should also tag @TimScriptov on this as he submitted #464 and my apologies for taking so long to get onto this issue.

@maks Why not to use something like "Transifex" service for localization support? I don't know which is better service for that, but I think it's usefull enough. And if such services are not free/doesn't have some functionality you need - you have a site, so may be some "Translation help" section will be writen. Possibly this may be helpfull for your future projects :)

@NEK-RA thanks but the issue here is specifically about expectations for the RU localisation, I don't need help or services for creating it.

I'm a German speaker, so no relation to the Russian translation here. But I'd really appreciate to have the app in English although the rest of my phone is in German. I'm just not used to have git commands in any other language than English, regardless how good the translation is
