Describe the bug Changes are done in files, but when I click "stage all" nothing happen.

In another git app, I see these changes...

See #620. It seems that the issue is solved after updating to version 1.6.3 (with F-Droid). Worked for me.

Upgrading with fdroid fix the issue !
