Mgit can't rename files

Describe the bug If you modify a local files or try to pull it from your remote, it appears a bogus file and this message

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Modify any file
2. Go to mgit and try to commit your changes
3. See the bogus file.

Expected behavior Just that the file is renamed with the new content to create the commit.
