ScrollBar doesn't appear when 2 or more carousels in one page #3

First of all, great plugin and thanks!!!!

There's a problem when using 2 or more carousels in one page. Only works the last one.

@maksbd19 the same here. Using four owl carousels (differnt ids) doesn't work with the scrollbar plugin.
