Fails with subfolders

Thanks for the useful tool! I'm using it to prepare disk images from old archives for easier testing of old software in DOSbox (Win95 in DOSbox-x). I'm starting a separate issue for each thing I have noticed.

Could not produce a floppy disk image number 1 due to an error, aborting.

• this happens with the extracted contents of the archive downloadable on this page: se027557
• extracted using lhasa
• the issue seems to be subfolders? if i manually remove the subfolders it will create the disk image OK

alternative repo steps

• extract an archive that has a single level of embedded folder into a parent folder
• try this archive: se023022

I had the same issue under Windows and Linux. PR #6 solved it for me in both cases.
