Add QB Pressure binary #123

We have hits and sacks, but not pressures. This binary variable would be helpful in assessing both QB play as well as O-line effectiveness.

We would need a definition of pressure to create this variable, but unfortunately player tracking data is not publicly available so this is not currently possible.
