GROMACS 5.X support #66

Gromac 5.0 is released for quite some time. Due to tool changes: http://www.gromacs.org/Documentation/How-tos/Tool_Changes_for_5.0 it is incompatible with the plugin. It is essential to make plugin work with both Gromacs 4.x and 5.x before 2.0 release.

It looks to be working fine now with GROMACS 5.0.
