gmx is not symlinked in OpenSUSE with GROMACS 5. For example you can not use "pdb2gmx", but need "gmx pdb2gmx".
We should change the behaviour of the plugin, that in all GROMACS 5 cases only "gmx" is involved. The fix should be applied to plugin version 2.0 and 2.1.
