Remove support for GROMACS 4.x #72

Keeping support for GROMACS 4.x, 5.0 and 5.1 takes a lot of work. We should drop support for GROMACS 4.x. This task should be performed after Ubuntu 16.04 premier (this LTS will include GROMACS 5.x).
