Tracks bevy 0.15 release candidates

This is a "make it compile" pass, I haven't added any of the cool new relfection features yet (like function reflection)

https://github.com/cognitive-engineering-lab/rustc_plugin needs a bump in the nightly version to cover bevy's minimum supported version
