Add Mitre info text to the attack steps, defences, and assets that are strongly logically linked to specific techniques or mitigations.

The mitre info should be added only to the elements that are particularly salient to a specific tactic/technique/mitigation and not every attack step involved in a particular scenario that showcases the attack.

This is currently being implemented as part of the validation/documentation process of coreLang and is visible on the documentation branch.
