mynewt: os_mbuf support

Add Apache's os_mbuf support as a streambuf. Doing so could make it easier to use their:

• NimBLE stack (this is how I noticed it, since ESP-IDF ported this in)
• Lora stack

And probably more It bears a strong resemblance to LwIP pbuf
