Scheduler Unify Validation #763

Adding an item to the calendar via the calendar , and adding an item directly 
results in different kinds of validation being invoked.

The same validator must be used in both cases

Validation now tied to form infrastructure. see r9869, r9871, r9873

* Pending issue - push form validation messages to dhtmlxscheduler (only flags 
pushed).
