update for rdhs 0.8.0 #64

Hi there,

With the removal of rgdal/spatial etc (https://r-spatial.org/r/2023/05/15/evolution4.html), rdhs is shortly making the switch to sf from v0.8.0. When that makes it's way to CRAN, the fillDHSCoordinates that uses rdhs will need a small change in this PR.

Am making this a draft PR for now and will update it once rdhs gets to CRAN etc.
