Discussion of DDT and pyrethroid classes #137

Edits to discussion sub-section on DDT and pyrethroid classes. Add relevant citations. Add comment on type I versus type II pyrethroids.

I will wait for @alimanfoo confirmation of EHH decay and hopefully will hear back from MD about pyrethroid classes in Anopheles soon - as I can only find evidence of differing kdr responses in other insects.

Work taking place in branch: issue137_DDT_discussion

Will merge branch and close this issue when these are completed.

MJD suggested that the only evidence for type 1/2 pyrethroid differences might be the cockroach/xenopus studies I had found.

With this in mind, and the EHH analysis finished, I will complete this issue and PR now.
