This PR contains several commits, main thrust of which are to:

split methods and results
Add text around accessibility and performance
Some changes to performance evaluation notebooks to find numbers of relevance to text
Restrict X mer calculations to GQ 30 and above.

Some work still be done on bringing tables and figures into paper- but would rather leave that to a separate PR.
