@hardingnj and @leehart - tis Mayotte which is the mega outlier population in UMAP.

I've also added a couple of example interactive 3D UMAP plots (they're the html files), they're kinda cool, but don't help a whole lot!

If this is cool we can just merge it as it to refer back to later?
