[Sanger] Comply with GDPR #41

Privacy and cookie policy popup and links.

We've got the popup just on www.malariagen.net at the moment - is that sufficient?

If not does it need to be on www.malariagen.net and www.malariagen.net/sso and datalab.malariagen.net? If so then also probably needs to be on all our other websites

Is it different if its datalab.malariagen.net or www.malariagen.net/datalab?

The sso login page has a footer with links to the policies etc - does this need to be on the datalab page?

@alimanfoo In short I'm confused about what needs to be done - do we need to find somebody at Sanger to ask?

Er, not sure.

FWIW the Sanger deployment of datalab will be hosted at datalab.malariagen.sanger.ac.uk I believe (@roamato, please correct me if wrong). So it will be completely separate from www.malariagen.net. In which case, we probably need a cookie popup and policy links on the first page you hit on datalab.malariagen.sanger.ac.uk after you have logged in?

Not sure I understand the question but I think Alistair is right. datalab.malariagen.sanger.ac.uk will be accessible directly and without needing to go trough www.malariagen.net or SSO, so policies need to be visible there. Being hosted by Sanger there might be specific requirements for the policies but I suggest we use MalariaGEN's ones as placeholder for now and then we'll ask the legal department.
