Upload new Ag1000G Zarrs to Sanger ceph S3 #66

We have some new Zarr data for all Ag1000G phase 1 and 2 releases. This has been deployed to GCS, would be good to also deploy to Sanger.

Find out what are the commands to upload files to Sanger ceph S3 and make sure @alimanfoo, @hardingnj and @leehart have relevant permissions for Ag1000G bucket.
