Data on library IDs and study are missing while present in mlwh

I'm working on a set of samples outlined in derived_sample column of this file. Sample names correspond to supplier sample ID from sequencescape.

I queried FITS and mlwh (links are notebooks) with these sample sets to generate import manifests for vrpipe.

Two unexpected things:

10 samples have study name Team 112 R&D in mlwh, but empty study name in FITS. Here's sample list
