Set initial values when calling Ag3.plot_frequencies_interactive_map() #200

Would be useful to programmatically set initial values.

I suppose we could pass-through some of the params for ipyleaflet's Map. Their docs: https://ipyleaflet.readthedocs.io/en/latest/map_and_basemaps/map.html
