Add pf7 analysis notebooks

This pull request contains:

1. commit 909367a - Please ignore this. It was an initial attempt to fix the header issues but I think I found a more likely solution which is contained within 9a847df. I did try to revert the commit but I couldn't due to conflicts with the later commit.

2. Commit 9a847df which contains:

   • Two newly approved NBs from https://github.com/malariagen/Pf7-Public-Notebooks
   • Modifications to all .ipynb headers (downgrading all headers which previously began with "#" to "##" or lower. I think this was the source of the issue where all headers were listed as hyperlinks in https://malariagen.github.io/parasite-data/pf7/examples.html
   • Updated table of contents _toc.yml for new webpage structure
