Upload 8 notebooks and update toc #36

Added 8 new public notebooks:

  1. csp-cterm-analysis.ipynb
  2. drug-resistance-summary.ipynb
  3. geographic-genetic-differentiation.ipynb
  4. global-sample-map.ipynb
  5. igv-notebook.ipynb
  6. sample-collection-over-time.ipynb
  7. summarise_hrp2_hrp3_deletions.ipynb
  8. visualise_hrp2_hrp3_deletions.ipynb

and update table of contents to reflect this. I have added a structure to the analysis example notebook table of contents, putting each into one of four categories:

note: gen-geo-distance, both hrp notebooks, and the drug resistance table notebooks have temporary URLs to data files which were changed during the malariagen website maintenance. I will revert these once the URLs become stable - but the old URL is still in the notebook if the temporary one is reverted.
