Use flexible fields in manifest #70

The mandatory fields in the manifest are sample_id, irods_path. However, their order should not matter. Also, if a user decides to add extra fields for their own use, it should not matter. From comments from pull request: https://github.com/malariagen/pipelines/pull/67#discussion_r535749134
