Tie in data_override to be default for practice sessions #5

Background: FastF1 doesn't output useful information for Free Practice sessions so implement the data_override by default for FP session position inputs

Goal: Use the FastF1 API to get the participant in a given practice session, use that info to create a text file that the front-end can use for manual user inputs
