What the PR does

車のステアリングを握っている風の動きをする
SketchfabのCC Attributionモデルを使用している
- ライセンス関連の差分はそれ
- ※UV mapがめっちゃキレイなモデルというわけではないため、ヘルプにはUVは公開せず、単色ベースでの差し替えのみを推奨します
