"Amount" argument allows for more than 2 decimals of precision for money #8

As seen above. A user could accidentally enter a value 300.099, which gets rounded up to 300.01 when they wanted to enter 300.99.

Thank you for your bug report. After careful evaluation of your bug report, the development team is rejecting this bug report due to the following reasons:

Our program accepts more than 2 decimal place of precision as this improves the accuracy of calculations which does not affect the data integrity and operations of our program. However, it shows only 2 decimal place rounded up when it is displayed.

In the event that the User accidentally entered the wrong value as mentioned, the User is able to change it through the Edit-Expense command.
