Feature/cepl api changes #33

With these changes I was able to get a window up using ulubis-sdl

Correction, with this and cepl's feature/refactor-startup branch I was able to quickload & run-compositor. I'll get the fixes merged and have a brief look into a texture issue on startup

The texture issue is purely because ulubis is looking for the assets/ dir in the current directory and therefor it has to be run inside ulubis/
